For the online store, your order is deemed to be successfully placed when you have done with the check-out process. Please revise your order details carefully beforehand. An acknowledgment with the details will be sent to your email automatically.
In case you need our consultant on your hair problems and your interested products, feel free to reach us via our email or hotline. The staff is always willing to support. Instruction for ordering customized products and payment will also be advised carefully during your talk. Please note that an order is only marked succeeded when you have complete your payment for at least a deposit for that order.
It normally takes 2-3 weeks for a customized product to be manufactured and finished.

If you are interested in having any kind of hairpiece but can’t find your wanted one on our online store, please feel free to reach our staff via our hotline and email. After you have specified your order, our sales will calculate the cost and get back to you in a timely manner. Online check-out is available for orders placed directly on our website. The total cost for your order will include the product price, delivery fee, PayPal fee (if any), and applicable tax. Payment can be made via PayPal, direct bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, and the like. If you opt for one of these options, kindly contact our hotline to get instructions. 

Since it might take days for the money to arrive when you choose these methods, please kindly inform us of the invoice of your transactions so that we can finalize it as soon as possible. 

2. Delivery

Laylahair can ship to almost anywhere on Earth. We corporate with different freight forwarders like UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to ensure clients can receive the items at the earliest time. In case you live in remote areas where these agencies can’t reach you, we might need to use another express service or involve a third-party sender to deliver the items. 

It takes 3 business days on average for the package to be sent. Please note that during the Covid pandemic, unwanted shipping delays might happen and it might take a longer time to ship.

You definitely can check the delivery status of your items online. Once we have forwarded your package to the shipping agencies, we will then inform you of the tracking number of the items so that you can well keep track of it and see when they will arrive. 

3. Return & Exchange

If you don’t feel satisfied with the hairpiece and would like a refund or an exchange, you must return it to us within 03 days from the days you receive it according to the shipping agency track. 

Please note that the item must be in original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, uncut, undamaged, containing no odor or sign of wear or styling product). 

The delivery fee must be covered by the sender, and you need to ensure that the returned item is appropriately covered.

You have the right to request to fix the products when it does not match your initial requirements about colors, textures, knotting, etc. In this case, clients are responsible for the round-trip shipping fees. 

Refunds will be processed within 3 days since we have received the returned item. Depending on the payment method, the money will arrive at your account immediately or might take more days to wait. Kindly note that the refund won’t include the shipping fee of your previous order.

Even when Laylahair has applied wholesale price to all clients, you will still have a chance to get an even better price when being our regular customers.
