Terms & Policy
Delivery
Laylahair corporate with different freight forwarders like UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to ensure clients can receive the items at the earliest time. For items that are in stock, the package will be sent within 2 days since the order is completed. For those who are on backorder, it will take 10 days to wait before it’s shipped out. It takes 3 business days on average for the package to be sent.
Payment
Online check-out is available for orders placed directly on our website. Payment can be made via PayPal, direct bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, and the like.
Return, Exchange, or Refund within 5 days
If you don’t feel satisfied with the hairpiece (in case it is tangled, matted, or shed) and would like a refund or an exchange, you can return it to us within 05 days from the day you receive it. Laylahair will suffer the shipping fee in returns.
Customers also have the right to request to fix the products when it does not match your initial requirements about colors, textures, knotting, etc.

A Definitely! But how good the curl might look depends much on how you care your hairpiece. After months the curls might be loosened, but you can definitely use a curling iron to help redefine the texture. But remember don't overuse heat because it might damage the strands.
