Cardi B, born in 1992, started her journey as a stripper on social media. She became an Internet figure after several exciting posts on Instagram. After releasing her two mixtapes gangsta Bitch Music, many people recognized her voice officially.

Cardi B is a proud feminist. She uses her power and voice to empower women. This female singer has a powerful political message as well. She is active on different social media, advocating gun control and social security.

Cardi B also received many nominations and awards from BET Hip Hop Awards,  iHeartRadio Music Awards, and even Guinness World Records.

Where did the hate begin?

It all started in March 2017, when Nicki Manai publically liked a comment from her fan about Cardi B. The comment wasn’t constructive, primarily when it referred to Cardi B’s rapping ability. However, some people claimed that this was just a fake new.

Later in the year, Nicki wrote: “No Flag” in which she criticizes a female rapper. In this music, she cooperated with Cardi’s boyfriend Offset. After receiving questions, Nicki wrote tweeted that she didn’t mean Cardi in her song.

As for Cardi, she happened to call out a female singer on her performance in MoMA PS1 stage. During her performance, she declared that there is a singer who doesn’t like her but wants to be her friend and she would never allow that to happen.

Later in the year, when the relationship between Nicki Minaj and Cardi B heated up, Cardi fired the first bullet directing at Nicki on G Eazy’s “No Limit.” However, during her interview with The Breakfast Club, she denied that.

After that, the two rappers stayed on a friendly term when Nicki congratulated Cardi on her “Bodak Yellow” on the No.1. They both appeared on Migos song called Motorsport later in 2017. During her interview with Capital XTRA, Cardi clarified again that there is nothing between her and Nicki.

Not long ago, Nicki Minaj and Cardi B met at the 2018 Met Gala. The pair seemed to be friendly, trying to complimenting each other. But as soon as they met again at the New York Fashion Week 2018, the public shocked when Cardi B and Nicki had a physical altercation.

That is where all the hate between the two started.

Fighting over Instagram and Settling Down

After the incident at the New York Fashion Week 2018, the relationship between the pair was intense.

Nicki quickly brought the topic on her Beasts 1 shows Queen Radio. During the entire episode, she accused Cardi’s co-star Rah Ali of attacking her “nine or 10 times.” She even offered to pay $100,000 for anywho who got the footage of the scene.

Cardi, of course, could not keep calm afterward. She posted about ten videos in a row, responding fiercely to what Nicki had to say. The rapper claimed that Nicki had lied so much she could no longer keep up with her words.

She went on accusing Minaj of many things. Cardi then blamed Minaj for taking over the job at Women Like Me and her being careless, so lots of private phone numbers went to the public.

Nicki, of course, couldn’t sit still and accept Cardi’s accusation. She responded in several tweets, saying that she wasn’t lying. The singer even called Cardi “fkn fraud.”

However, surprisingly, later in the day, Nicki settled down the venomous fight over Instagram with a post.

“Let’s focus on positive things only from here out. We’re all so blessed. I know this stuff is entertaining and funny to a lot of people, but I won’t be discussing this nonsense anymore. Thank you for the support and encouragement year after year. Love you.”

What did Cardi do? She captured the tweet and agreed to call right and agreed to stay positive.
